Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We make and supply signage, safety signs and related products from our workshop in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We check every order before it leaves us, but if something isn’t right, please tell us. This page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Return window

You can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or give you a full refund. You choose.
  • Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  • In these cases there is no charge to you. We arrange collection, or cover the return delivery cost.

3. Change of mind (ready-made items)

  • Standard, ready-made products (for example stock safety signs) can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • A return delivery fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your refund. You can also drop the item at our Musaffah office yourself at no cost.

4. Items we cannot accept back

Some products are made specially for you, so they cannot be resold. Unless they arrive faulty or don’t match the approved design, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made signs and boards (your own text, size, logo or design)
  • Printed, engraved, etched or laser-cut items made to your order
  • Products that have been installed, fixed, cut or used

Before we produce custom work, we always send you a design proof to approve. This helps us get it right the first time.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a ready-made item for a different size or type within 7 days. If the new item costs more, you only pay the difference.

6. Refunds

  • When we receive the returned item, we check it within 2 business days.
  • Once the return is approved, we send your refund within 7–10 business days, using the payment method you paid with (bank transfer or the original card/payment method).
  • Original delivery charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

7. Delivery information

  • We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Delivery fee: AED 25 per order. Free delivery on orders over AED 200.

8. How to request a return

Just send us your order details and a photo of the item. Our team will reply the same working day.
